Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, she helps maintain structure behind the scenes while supporting company growth and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, baking, tackling home improvement projects, playing soccer, and reading. She also values quality time spent with her husband and daughter, whether at home or enjoying time together outdoors.
Bailey Finnegan – Project Manager
As a roofing project manager, Bailey brings a hands-on, results-driven approach shaped by years of managing people, resources, and complex operations. His background built a strong foundation in planning, adaptability, and problem-solving skills essential for coordinating crews, overseeing materials, and keeping projects on schedule.
